Website: FreeHealth.in
Effective Date: 19 October 2026
Last Updated: 19 October 2026
1. Purpose of This Policy
FreeHealth.in provides a platform to help users discover hospitals and healthcare services, including government scheme coverage, medical specialities, diseases, surgical procedures, diagnostic services, pharmacies and homecare services.
This policy establishes the requirements for submitting, maintaining, verifying and displaying hospital and healthcare provider listings on FreeHealth.in.
By submitting a listing, you agree to comply with this policy, our Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Who Can Submit a Listing?
Subject to the available submission features, the following may submit listings:
Hospitals and multispeciality hospitals.
Clinics and other eligible healthcare facilities.
Diagnostic laboratories and testing centres.
Pharmacies and eligible medical service providers.
Homecare and healthcare service organisations.
Authorised representatives submitting information on behalf of these organisations.
A person submitting a listing must have the authority to provide the relevant information and documents.
Submission does not automatically guarantee publication.
3. Information Required for a Listing
Depending on the listing category, FreeHealth.in may require the following information:
Hospital or healthcare provider name.
State, district, city or village.
Complete address and Google Maps location, where available.
Official contact number and other relevant contact details.
Medical specialities covered.
Diseases, treatments and surgical procedures available.
Actual surgery or procedure names.
Government healthcare schemes available.
Approved package amounts or treatment prices, where applicable.
Supporting registration, empanelment or authorisation documents, where required.
Required fields must be completed before submission. Information should be accurate, current and relevant to the provider.
4. Government Scheme Information
If a listing claims coverage under schemes such as Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY, MJPJAY, CGHS, ECHS or ESIS, the submitting provider is responsible for supplying accurate information.
FreeHealth.in may request supporting evidence of empanelment or scheme participation.
Providers must update their listings if their empanelment, approved procedures or scheme participation changes.
Displaying a scheme name does not independently establish that every procedure is covered or that every patient is eligible.
Users should verify eligibility and current coverage with the hospital and the relevant scheme authority.
5. Review and Approval of Listings
FreeHealth.in may review submitted listings before publication.
During the review process, we may:
Check whether required information has been provided.
Request clarification or supporting documents.
Check for duplicate or misleading listings.
Review claims about government scheme participation.
Reject, hold or return incomplete submissions for correction.
A listing may be published only after completing the applicable review process. Submission does not guarantee approval or a particular publication timeline.
FreeHealth.in may use manual or technical review procedures as its operations develop.
6. Accuracy and Responsibility
The hospital or service provider submitting a listing is responsible for the accuracy and legality of its submitted information.
Providers must not:
Claim government scheme coverage without an appropriate basis.
Advertise treatments or procedures that they do not provide.
Publish false, misleading or unsupported price claims.
Submit fabricated registration details or documents.
Use another organisation’s name, logo or identity without authorisation.
Publish unlawful, confidential or unauthorised personal information.
Providers should promptly notify FreeHealth.in of material changes or errors.
7. Verification and Website Disclaimer
FreeHealth.in may undertake reasonable checks on submitted information. However, a listing should not be interpreted as a guarantee that every claim, qualification, facility or service has been independently verified.
Publication does not constitute certification, accreditation, medical endorsement or a guarantee of clinical quality.
Users should independently verify a provider’s credentials, facilities, treatment availability, scheme eligibility and prices before making decisions.
8. Listing Updates and Corrections
Providers may request corrections or updates to their listings through the available account features or by contacting FreeHealth.in.
Updates may include changes to:
Address or contact information.
Medical specialities and procedures.
Government scheme participation.
Treatment package information.
Operating status and service availability.
FreeHealth.in may request supporting documents before implementing certain changes.
9. Rejection, Suspension and Removal

False, misleading or outdated information.
Invalid or unsupported government scheme claims.
Duplicate or unauthorised submissions.
Missing or inadequate supporting documents.
Suspected fraud or impersonation.
Unlawful content or intellectual property infringement.

A legal or regulatory requirement to restrict the information.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may request corrections or provide an opportunity to respond.
10. Listing Fees and Promotional Services
Listing fees, paid placement, advertising or other commercial services, if introduced, will be governed by the applicable pricing and service terms communicated at the time.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, payment for a promotional service does not guarantee patient enquiries, treatment referrals, search rankings, clinical outcomes or business results.
Any applicable payment, cancellation and refund conditions will be disclosed separately.
